I am originally from upstate New York and graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a bachelor's degree in Childhood and Special Education. Following that, I earned my teaching certificate in Texas as well as in Idaho. I had the opportunity to write curriculum in North Carolina and also to study international relations and politics in South Africa. I am currently working on my masters in Educational Administration at Lamar University. I have taught as a consultant teacher, co-teacher, special education teacher and general education teacher for grades K-5 for eight years in New York, Texas, and North Carolina, and now Idaho. I am certified as a English Language Proficiency Assessment rater and as a Gifted and Talented educator. I have recently received my Masters in Educational Leadership in 2020. Teaching is my vocation and I have loved every minute of it!
